This brand has a warm voice, and it encourages its users to upskill. Therefore, the initial interaction during the login process should also reflect this positive personality.

 

However,  the current PASSWORD ERROR message does not align with it. 

The first part informs the user about the problem. The tone can be more polite.
The second and third parts further guide the user about the corrective actions.    

This can be more aligned to the brand positioning

REWORK APPROACH

The approach is to communicate the following:

  • Politely inform the user about the nature of the problem 

  • Encourage the user to take up the corrective action
